Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first custom order, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at hello@atypicalcosmetics.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your name, order number and concerns. You will then be offered two options;  an exchange or a free one-time formula adjustment where we reformulate your order for you.

We only offer one formula adjustment per customer and only on your first order. 

Please note that all of our products are customised and are therefore non-refundable.
